Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of fitG.ai, operated by MUDDAM brothers INC, at fitg.ai and through its mobile app. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Meal Lens

When you choose to analyze a meal photo, the selected image is sent to OpenAI for food and nutrition estimates. A private thumbnail and results are saved in your scan history until deleted. Estimates can be inaccurate; confirm portions and ingredients. The meal-allowance percentage compares calories only and does not establish health or allergy suitability. The service

fitG.ai offers fitness planning, meal suggestions, supported exercise tracking, progress records and optional Apple Health displays. Features may be experimental or unavailable on some devices. AgeShift currently provides data coverage and a labelled demo, not a validated personal fitness-age result.

Your account and choices

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Provide accurate information, review generated plans and protect your sign-in access. You are responsible for information and images you submit and must have permission to use them. Camera and health permissions are optional and may be revoked.

Fitness and nutrition guidance

The service supplies general wellness information, not medical diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for professional care. AI-generated plans, photo estimates, calorie information and camera counts can be wrong. Review them, adapt activity to your ability and seek qualified advice for medical conditions, injuries, allergies or other dietary restrictions. Stop exercise if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse accounts, bypass security, upload unlawful material or infringe others’ privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not submit intimate images without consent. fitG.ai does not offer AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery and prohibits using the service or connected Google APIs for that purpose. We may restrict access to prevent abuse or comply with law.

Your content and our materials

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us permission to process and store it as needed to deliver the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy. fitG.ai branding, software and supplied materials belong to their respective owners. You may use them through the service for personal fitness purposes.

Availability and third parties

The service depends on devices, network access and third-party providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular fitness outcome. Third-party sign-in and health services also have their own terms. Any future paid offering will disclose its price and applicable conditions before purchase.

Ending use and responsibility

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of accuracy or suitability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
